ABQ FERMENTATION & FUNGI FEST
2026 SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Commitment & Payment
By agreeing to sponsor the 2026 ABQ Fermentation & Fungi Fest (ABQFFF), the sponsor commits to the selected sponsorship level and corresponding payment. Sponsorship payments are due in full by the date specified upon confirmation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation & Refunds
Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing to Downtown ABQ Arts & Cultural District. Cancellations received on or before September 30, 2026 may be eligible for a partial refund, less a 25% administrative/processing fee. Due to the timing of event production and promotional commitments, sponsorship payments are non-refundable for cancellations received after September 30, 2026.

Logo & Branding
Sponsors are responsible for providing high-resolution logos and branding materials suitable for print and digital use. Downtown ABQ Arts & Cultural District reserves the right to approve logos and determine appropriate placement of sponsor branding across event materials.

Promotion & Recognition
Sponsors will receive recognition as outlined in their selected sponsorship level. Downtown ABQ Arts & Cultural District will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the promotional benefits included in each sponsorship package. Sponsor-provided promotional materials, logos, or content must be submitted by the requested deadline and may be subject to approval prior to public distribution.

Tickets & Sponsor Benefits
Tickets, passes, booth space, promotional opportunities, and other benefits included in a sponsorship package will be provided as outlined in the selected sponsorship level. Sponsor benefits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Downtown ABQ Arts & Cultural District. Details regarding ticket distribution, booth logistics, and other event benefits will be provided following sponsorship confirmation.

Event Changes
Downtown ABQ Arts & Cultural District reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event programming, schedules, locations, or sponsor benefit fulfillment as necessary due to production, operational, safety, or other circumstances. If a specific sponsor benefit cannot be provided, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a comparable alternative.

Acceptance
By confirming sponsorship, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Failure to meet payment obligations or comply with applicable event requirements may result in the modification or revocation of sponsorship benefits.
