Advertising Sponsor — $250
Show your support for the community while putting your business in front of Fall Harvest Festival attendees!

$250 Advertising Sponsorship includes:

Yard signage prominently displayed in front of the main stage throughout the festival
Recognition during opening remarks from the festival stage
Social media recognition on WHUP’s social media platforms leading up to and/or during the event
Your sponsorship helps support WHUP’s community programming and the continued growth of local events and experiences in Hillsborough and beyond.

Advertising Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
By submitting payment for the $250 Advertising Sponsorship, the sponsor agrees to the following terms:

1. Sponsorship payment must be received by the deadline established by WHUP to guarantee inclusion in event advertising and recognition.
2. Sponsor is responsible for providing a high-resolution logo and/or business name and any requested contact information by the designated submission deadline.
3. Sponsorship includes the promotional benefits specifically outlined in the Advertising Sponsor package. Additional advertising or promotional placement is not guaranteed unless separately agreed upon in writing.
4. Sponsor recognition will include yard signage in front of the main stage, acknowledgment during opening remarks, and recognition on social media platforms.
5. We reserves the right to determine the placement, size, format, and timing of sponsor signage and promotional materials.
6. Sponsor materials and business names must be submitted in a timely manner.
7. We are not responsible for missed promotional opportunities resulting from materials received after the stated deadline.
8. Sponsorship does not constitute an endorsement of the sponsor, its products, services, or views.
9. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once promotional materials or event preparations have been initiated, except in the event that the festival is canceled.
10. We reserves the right to decline or remove promotional materials that are inconsistent with the mission, policies, or community standards of the station or event.
11. By submitting this application, the sponsor authorizes WHUP to use the provided business name, logo, and promotional information for the purposes of fulfilling the sponsorship benefits associated with the Fall Harvest Festival.
