24th Annual Lip Rippin’ Chilympics Chili, live music, local vendors, family fun—and a day on the Grand Strand that gives back. Get ready for one of the area’s most anticipated fall family events! On Sunday, November 15, 2026, the Lip Rippin’ Chilympics returns for its 24th year, bringing together local restaurants, individual cooks, music lovers, families, and community supporters for a flavorful day of competition and celebration. Sample some of the best local chili recipes, vote for your favorite, and help crown the “Best Chili on the Beach 2026.” What to expect: · Live music all day · Local food, art, and craft vendors · Craft beers, signature cocktails, seltzers, and sangria · KidsZone fun for the little chili fans · Chili tastings, crowd voting, and serious bragging rights Think your chili has what it takes? Enter your favorite original recipe for a chance to win more than $2,000 in cash and prizes. Want to be part of the fun? Volunteers are welcome, just sign up in the area that fits you best, bring your energy, and help make Chilympics 24 the best one yet.
