About the event

Come shop, play, tour and make memories during this 79-year-old tradition -- the Waterford Foundation's "Waterford Fair"! The Fair is the mid-Atlantic's quintessential fall festival with demonstrating fine heritage & contemporary craft artisans, living historians, a juried art show, historic properties tour, local libations, Waterford Craft School talks & workshops, and entertainment for all ages. Located in the National Historic Landmark of Waterford (f. 1733), this unique village is situated in Western Loudoun County, Virginia. Noted as "DC's Wine Country", we are only 50 minutes from the District of Columbia. Tickets go on sale in August. Children (12 & under) & Foundation members FREE! Ticket types: VIP, Early Bird (Fri only), youth, single day, military, 3-day passes and seniors (over 65). Event proceeds support the preservation and education efforts of the Waterford Foundation, a 501(c)(3). Join the Waterford Foundation at waterfordfoundation.org. The Fair is a family friendly fundraising event for our historic preservation organization the Waterford Foundation. As such the Foundation reserves the right to not approve Sponsorship applications if they do not fit with our mission and vision. This is a "rain or shine" event and sponsorships are non-refundable. Prices

Corporate Sponsorship $5,000 Non-refundable For your CORPORATE level support your organization will receive: • Recognition on the Fair website for one year • Fifty (50) Fair "daily admission" tickets and VIP parking • Dedicated social media promotion • Your logo on the welcome poster • Your business listed in the Fair booklet AND will receive up to four (4) hours of business meeting time at the Old School, including use of the auditorium, one (1) classroom and the kitchen. Date subject to availability and can not be scheduled on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Meeting must take place before September 1, 2024. Standard rental agreement terms apply. Additional hours may be reserved at $200/hr.
Gold Sponsorship $2,500 Non-refundable GOLD level support your organization will receive: • Recognition on the Fair website for one year • Twenty (25) Fair "daily admission" tickets and VIP parking • Dedicated social media promotion • Your business listed in the Fair booklet
Silver Sponsorship $1,000 Non-refundable SILVER level support your organization will receive: • Recognition on the Fair website for one year • Eight (8) Fair "daily admission" tickets and VIP parking • Dedicated social media promotion • Your business listed in the Fair booklet
Bronze Sponsorship $500 Non-refundable BRONZE level support your organization will receive: • Recognition on the Fair website for one year • Four (4) Fair "daily admission" tickets and VIP parking • Dedicated social media promotion • Your logo on the attendee handout
Community Partner $150 Non-refundable For your PARTNER level support your organization will receive recognition on the Fair website for one year, a listing in the Fair booklet, and a "Partners" social media promotion.
