Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Commitment: All sponsors must agree to the investment level specified for their chosen tier and comply with payment deadlines. Branding and Promotion: Sponsors are responsible for providing high-quality logos and promotional materials in a timely manner. The event organizers reserve the right to review and approve all materials for appropriateness and quality. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation by the sponsor, a partial refund will be issued based on proximity to the event date, with closer dates receiving a smaller refund percentage. No Exclusivity: Sponsorship does not grant exclusivity in any category of products or services unless specifically negotiated and stated in the sponsorship agreement. Compliance with Laws: All sponsors must comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Liability: The event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to the sponsor, their employees, or property from any cause whatsoever. Amendments: The terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers, with adequate notice provided to the sponsors.
