The John’s Pass Seafood Festival returns for its 45th year, bringing three days of fresh seafood, live entertainment, and coastal tradition to Madeira Beach. Set along the historic John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, this annual event has been a staple of the community since 1982, drawing locals and visitors alike to experience the best of the Gulf. Enjoy a wide variety of seafood offerings from local restaurants and vendors, alongside a full lineup of live music throughout the weekend. Stroll the boardwalk and explore unique arts, crafts, and retail vendors, all while taking in the waterfront atmosphere that makes John’s Pass a one-of-a-kind destination. Terms & Conditions

Agreement By submitting payment and/or a signed sponsorship form, the sponsor agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein. Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until payment is received in full. Event Details The John’s Pass Seafood Festival will take place October 23–25 at John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, Madeira Beach, Florida. Event dates, times, and layout are subject to change. Payment Terms Full payment is required to secure sponsorship benefits. Sponsorships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The City of Madeira Beach reserves the right to decline any sponsorship at its sole discretion. Sponsorship Benefits Benefits vary by sponsorship level and will be outlined in the official sponsorship package. Placement (logos, signage, mentions, etc.) is determined by the event organizer. The City will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all benefits but does not guarantee specific placement, timing, or prominence unless explicitly stated. Logo & Marketing Materials Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and materials by specified deadlines. The City of Madeira Beach is not responsible for quality issues resulting from low-resolution or late submissions. All materials are subject to approval and may be adjusted for consistency with event branding. Use of Name & Logo Sponsors grant permission to the City of Madeira Beach to use their name, logo, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the event. Sponsors may not use the event name, logo, or City branding without prior written approval. Event Operations The event will take place rain or shine. The City reserves the right to modify event layout, programming, or logistics as necessary for safety, weather, or operational needs. Cancellation & Refund Policy Sponsorships are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the City of Madeira Beach. In the event of full cancellation, sponsorships may be refunded or applied to a future event at the City’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for weather interruptions, reduced attendance, or changes to programming. Liability The sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Madeira Beach, its officials, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the event. The City is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property. Compliance Sponsors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as all event rules and regulations. Any behavior deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the event may result in removal without refund. Force Majeure The City of Madeira Beach shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, acts of government, or other emergencies. Right to Modify The City reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Sponsors will be notified of any material changes. Contact City of Madeira Beach – Recreation Department
