Pacific Islander Skate Night 2026 Join us for the 4th Annual Pacific Islander Skate Night, a free community celebration honoring Utah's Pacific Islander Heritage Month at Millcreek Common in Millcreek, Utah. Pacific Islander Skate Night brings together thousands of community members, families, businesses, performers, artists, community organizations, and cultural groups for an evening of food, music, entertainment, roller skating, cultural experiences, and community connection. What began as a community celebration has grown into one of Utah's premier Pacific Islander cultural events. Guests can enjoy: • Live cultural performances and entertainment • Roller skating at Utah's largest outdoor skate loop • Polynesian and local food vendors • Marketplace vendors, artisans, and small businesses • Community organizations and resource booths • Family-friendly activities and giveaways • Opportunities to celebrate and learn about Pacific Islander cultures and traditions Event Details Date: Saturday, August 8, 2026 Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Location: Millcreek Common 1354 E Chambers Ave Millcreek, Utah 84106 Admission to the event is free. About the application

Support one of Utah's largest Pacific Islander community celebrations. Pacific Islander Skate Night is a free, family-friendly cultural event held at Millcreek Common in Millcreek, Utah. The event brings together thousands of community members for an evening of cultural performances, food, skating, entertainment, community engagement, and celebration during Utah's Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Sponsorship opportunities provide businesses and organizations with meaningful visibility while directly supporting a community-driven event that celebrates culture, diversity, and connection. Available sponsorship opportunities include exclusive venue activations, entertainment sponsorships, and community-level sponsorship packages. Sponsorship applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and opportunities are awarded based on availability. Submission of a sponsorship application does not guarantee acceptance or exclusivity until approved by event organizers.

Terms & Conditions

Pacific Islander Skate Night 2026 – Sponsorship Terms & Conditions Event Information Date: Saturday, August 8, 2026 Location: Millcreek Common – Millcreek, Utah Event Hours: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sponsorship Approval Submission of a sponsorship application does not guarantee acceptance. All sponsorship applications are subject to review and approval by event organizers. Exclusive sponsorship opportunities are awarded on a first-approved basis and remain available until officially confirmed by event organizers. Event organizers reserve the right to approve, deny, waitlist, or modify sponsorship requests based on availability, category exclusivity, event needs, and overall alignment with event goals. Payment Terms Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of sponsorship approval unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing. Accepted payment methods include: • Check • Zelle (preferred) • Credit/Debit Card (processing fees may apply) Sponsorship benefits are not guaranteed until payment has been received or alternative payment arrangements have been approved. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once payment has been received unless the event is canceled by organizers. Sponsor Benefits & Deliverables Sponsor benefits, recognition opportunities, logo placement, announcements, booth space, promotional opportunities, and other deliverables will be provided according to the approved sponsorship level. Sponsors are responsible for submitting all required logos, artwork, advertisements, promotional materials, and other deliverables by organizer deadlines. Failure to submit required materials by established deadlines may limit or reduce available recognition opportunities. Event organizers are not responsible for sponsor benefits impacted by missed submission deadlines or incomplete sponsor-provided materials. Sponsors approved after July 15, 2026, or sponsors who fail to submit required materials by published deadlines, may not be eligible for inclusion in certain printed materials, promotional campaigns, event signage, marketing collateral, merchandise, or other recognition opportunities due to production and publication deadlines. Booth Space & On-Site Activations Sponsorship packages that include booth space are subject to all applicable vendor rules, venue regulations, and event requirements. Sponsors utilizing booth space are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, signage, and setup equipment unless otherwise specified. Booth assignments, activation locations, and sponsor placement will be determined by event organizers based on event layout, operational needs, and venue considerations. Event Operations Event organizers reserve the right to modify sponsor placement, sponsorship activations, event layout, programming, recognition opportunities, schedules, or promotional activities when necessary due to operational, safety, venue, weather, or event management considerations. Sponsors agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the family-friendly nature of the event. Event organizers reserve the right to deny, revoke, or terminate sponsorship participation for conduct deemed inappropriate, unsafe, discriminatory, unlawful, or inconsistent with event values. Cancellation & Force Majeure If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of organizers, including but not limited to severe weather, venue closure, public safety concerns, government restrictions, acts of nature, labor disruptions, or other force majeure events, organizers reserve the right to determine whether sponsorship benefits will be fulfilled through alternative recognition opportunities, event rescheduling, partial reimbursement, or full reimbursement. Any reimbursement decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of event organizers based on expenses incurred and sponsorship benefits already delivered. Additional Information Additional sponsor communications, marketing deadlines, logo specifications, setup instructions, event logistics, and recognition schedules will be provided to approved sponsors prior to the event.
