These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the expectations, responsibilities, and benefits associated with sponsoring the Rides and Vibes hosted by Wilsons Misfire Auto Club (“Event Organizer”). By submitting a sponsorship application and/or payment, the Sponsor agrees to the following:
1. Sponsorship Benefits
Sponsorship contributions are accepted in any amount.
Recognition and benefits will be based on the contribution provided and may include logo placement, promotional mentions, event-day recognition, or other acknowledgments as determined by the Event Organizer.
Event Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to benefits if necessary but will strive to provide fair recognition to all sponsors.
2. Payment
Sponsorship payments are due in full by sept 21st to secure participation and benefits.
Payments are non-refundable except in the case of full event cancellation by the Event Organizer.
3. Use of Logos and Branding
Sponsors agree to provide high-resolution logos and marketing materials by application submission if they wish to be included in promotional materials.
Sponsor grants Event Organizer the right to use its name, logo, and brand materials for promotional purposes related to the event.
Event Organizer agrees to use branding in a respectful and professional manner.
4. Sponsor Representation at Event
Sponsors may have the option to attend and host a booth/display (if arranged with Event Organizer).
Sponsors are responsible for their own signage, displays, staffing, and promotional materials.
All sponsor displays must be family-friendly, safe, and compliant with venue rules.
5. Event Modifications or Cancellation
The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify the date, time, location, or programming of the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, venue change)
In the event of cancellation, sponsors may receive recognition on alternative platforms (e.g., digital/social media) or a partial refund, at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
6. Liability
Sponsors participate at their own risk. Event Organizer and venue are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur before, during, or after the event.
Sponsors must carry their own insurance coverage if required.
7. Code of Conduct
Sponsors agree to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and positive manner at all times.
Displays or actions deemed offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate by Event Organizer may result in removal without refund.
8. Agreement
Submission of a sponsorship application and payment signifies the Sponsor’s acceptance of these terms.
This Agreement is binding upon both the Sponsor and the Event Organizer.
