Hearse Show Application

Whether your hearse is beautifully preserved, completely customized, horror-themed, rusty and creepy, elegant and traditional, or unlike anything else on the road, we'd love to have you join us.

• Participation is subject to availability.
• Vehicles must be safe to park on the event grounds.
• Owners must follow event staff instructions regarding arrival, staging, parking, vehicle movement, emergency lanes, and departure. Once parked in the designated show area, vehicles should remain stationary during public event hours unless directed otherwise by event staff or in an emergency.
• Vehicle engines should remain off while displayed except when specifically authorized.
• Owners are responsible for their vehicles, displays, props, and personal belongings.
• Additional arrival, staging, departure, and show instructions will be provided to accepted participants before the event.
• You are welcome to leave your car on the grounds overnight, staff will be on the grounds around the clock, and the gates are locked at closing.
• Halfway to Halloween Expo, its organizers, venue owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, displays, vehicles, trailers, or personal property.
