The closest bus stop to the Cottage at South Park is about an hour's walk. We are looking into options for a shuttle to take individuals to and from that stop. Please fill out this form if you have any interest in taking that shuttle so we can get an estimated headcount.
Our tentative plan is to have two shuttle runs at the start of the event and two shuttle runs at the end of the event. Times will be finalized once we have a final headcount.
Please read over the terms and conditions for the fee. We are charging $5 per person for the shuttle and you will have 48 hours after confirmation (on or after October 1st) to withdraw your application before the fee is charged to your payment method. Confirmation and instructions will be sent to the email you provided as well as Eventeny's internal messaging service. No refunds will be provided if your payment method is charged.
