About the application
This application is for those interested in performing at the Bebop Lounge at Anime Weekend Atlanta 2026. Performers will be expected to build setlists using anisong, jazz standards, or music by Japanese musicians in the genres of jazz, citypop, or similar. Remixes/stripped versions of songs outside the genre are allowed. Vocalists and instrumentalists are welcome to apply. Performers will be given 20 minutes for their set. All performers must dress at least semi-formally.
Terms & Conditions
Please note that you and all your group members need a valid AWA Membership to participate. AWA will provide badges accroding to the AWA panelist hour guidelines for performers and one handler per group. You must purchase all other memberships.
Under 4 hours of programming: $35 weekend badge OR free day badge
4+ hours of programming: free weekend badge
The deadline for auditions is October 4, 2026, 11:59pm EST.
Acceptance, rejection, and waitlist emails will be sent on October 10th.
Accepted acts will be required to join the AWA Discord to keep in contact with the organizers.

- I acknowledge that I must be present for soundcheck or I will be removed from the performance.
- I acknowledge that pictures of me taken during the Bebop Lounge may be used for promotion by the Idol Programming Department or AWA Social Media team.
