About the application
The WeebCreator Program was built to bring together a curated group of creators who truly embody what it means to be a Weeb. This program isn’t just about promotion - it’s about community, creativity, and authentic fandom-driven content.
As a WeebCreator, you’ll partner with WeebCon to share your love of anime, cosplay, gaming, and pop culture while earning commission through tracked ticket sales. We’re looking for creators who naturally inspire their audience, spark conversation, and represent the fandom in a positive, inclusive way.
We Provide:
- Monthly content buckets to guide ideas without limiting creativity
- A custom affiliate code that gives creator a monetary payment of tickets sold + perks and their fans 10% off
- Consistent payouts for your work in both monetary and perks
- Opportunities for increased visibility through WeebCon channels
In return, WeebCreators commit to consistent, high-quality content that aligns with WeebCon’s brand and values.
Content Expectations
1. To remain active in the program, each WeebCreator must post 2 pieces of in-feed content per month on any approved platform:
- TikTok
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube/Shorts
At least 1 post must be a video (in-feed content)
2. Posts must be 2 different pieces of content (no reposting the same video across platforms to count twice)
3.Content must align with one of the monthly content buckets provided by WeebCon
Content Buckets
Each month will include a themed focus plus evergreen options to select from.
Example:
- February Theme: Cosplay & Prep Month
- Example Post: “How I budget for a convention weekend”
- Evergreen Topic: Fandom-Based
- Example Post: “Top anime I’d recommend before going to WeebCon”
WeebCreators are encouraged to add their own personality, storytelling, and format - trends, skits, voiceovers, tutorials, and list-style videos are all welcome!
Payout Structure
- Payouts occur twice monthly: on the 15th and 30th of each month
- Payments are issued via PayPal
- Earnings are calculated based on tracked ticket sales using your assigned affiliate code
- Sales tax and Tixr fees do not go to total $ of Ticket cost eligible for payout
Payment Structure:
- 15-150 Badges:
- 5% revenue generated (Excluding taxes/fees)
- (2) 3-DayTickets to giveaway on your channel or keep for yourself
- 151-300 Badges:
- 10% revenue generated (Excluding taxes/fees)
- Swag Bag (up to $80+ Value)
- 301-350 Badges:
- 15% revenue generated (Excluding taxes/fees)
- Free (English Voice Actor) Autograph voucher
- Premium Swag Bag (up to $130 Value)
- 351+ Badges (by March 20th,2027)
- Everything above
- Free JVA Autograph Voucher
TOP PRIZE: Most tickets sold by March 20th will receive a FREE 1 night stay at Gaylord Texan for WeebCon 2027
Program Duration
- Program runs from October 15th 2026 – March 20th 2027
- Creators must remain in good standing throughout the full duration to continue earning commissions
Terms & Conditions
By participating in the WeebCreator Program, creators agree to the following:
Content & Conduct Guidelines
- Creators must not post or promote the following on their in-feed pages during the program period:
- Lewd, explicit, or 18+ content
- No AI of any kind, this is a zero tolerance and automatic disqualification of all benefits
- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
- Offensive or inappropriate material that could harm the WeebCon brand
- Content must align with WeebCon’s values of inclusivity, respect, and fandom positivity
Non-Disparagement & Brand Protection
During the term of the WeebCreator Program and thereafter, Creator agrees not to make, publish, or communicate any statement - publicly or privately - that is defamatory, false, misleading, or disparaging toward WeebCon, its staff, partners, guests, events, or affiliates.
Any conduct that reasonably harms or could harm the reputation, goodwill, or commercial interests of WeebCon shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
In the event of a breach, WeebCon reserves the right to immediately terminate Creator’s participation in the program, withhold unpaid commissions, and pursue any and all legal remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief and monetary damages.
This clause does not prohibit Creator from providing honest, good-faith feedback directly to WeebCon through private established communication channels.
Chargeback Clause
In the event of an attendee requesting a refund, chargeback or cancellation of their badge the creator is not responsible for repayment of funds however the ticket sold will come out of the ticket total of the Creator.
Program Changes & Termination
WeebCon reserves the right to:
- Update program requirements or content buckets
- Remove creators from the program at any time for violations of these terms
- Failure to meet monthly posting requirements or breach in any of the T&Cs may result in: Withheld payouts for that month & removal from the program after repeated non-compliance
- Creators may leave the program at any time but will only be paid for verified earnings accrued prior to exit
