Media Team
About the event
About the application
We thank you for your interest in attending WeebCon as part of our Media Team!
If you were not on the Media Team for 2026 heres what has changed with our new "Media Team" opprotunity
We are aiming to build a team for the future - we are being more selective on who is receiving a media pass. We aim to create a team of media we can rely on and produce paid content for us in the future:
- As a Media Pass Holder you will only be receiving (1) 3Day Pass
- We will have a room that will be manned by staff and available during normal show hours for media to store their equipment in.
- Required Edited Drops throughout the day (see below)
- Photographers/Videographers will be required to cover 1-2 pre-assigned coverage “Shifts” (see below)
- Media will Sign-in and Sign-out at the end of their scheduled day (this is incase you don’t want to be asked to cover any other shifts that are needed. Once you sign out you will be given a single day pass for the remainder of the day instead of a Media Pass)
We had amazing success with our 2026 Media Team and cannot wait to continue to grow!
