Manga Manor

Manga Manor is a dedicated showcase space at WeebCon for up-and-coming manga artists to present their original works!

 This program gives independent creators the opportunity to connect with fans, share their stories, and gain exposure within the anime and manga community.

We welcome small manga artists, indie creators, and self-publishers who want to display their work in a professional yet supportive environment.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• All Applicants be able to provide samples of original work.

Original Work Requirement

• All submitted work must be original and created by you.
• Use of AI-generated content (art, writing, video, audio, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• Submissions found to contain AI-generated work will be disqualified immediately.
• Must be able to provide proof of creation upon request at any point of contract
• Only original manga, comics, or doujinshi are allowed.
• Fan comics/parodies may be accepted if clearly marked as parody and do not infringe on copyright.

Content Guidelines

• Work must be suitable for the audience rating selected (All Ages, Teen, 18+).
• 18+ content is only permitted in restricted areas with proper labeling and ID checks - any artist not adhering to onsite Visual Display Standard Policy or will be asked to leave. 

Professional Standards

• Work must be free of hateful, discriminatory, or explicit content (unless explicitly approved for 18+ use)

Booth/Space Usage

• Artists are responsible for their own table setup and displays.
• Spaces may not be shared, transferred, or subleased without approval.
• Displays must be safe, family-friendly, and follow fire code/venue rules.

Sales & Promotion

• Artists may sell physical copies of their manga, prints, or related merchandise.
• Counterfeit, plagiarized, or unlicensed products are not allowed.
• All sales are the responsibility of the artist, including handling of taxes. 

Liability

• WeebCon is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or plagiarized work.
• Artists are responsible for ensuring that their work does not infringe on third-party copyrights.

Agreement

By submitting a Manga Manor application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
