Trick-or-Treat Downtown Merchant Participation

Kidz Town Halloween Hay Day is held on Saturday, October 24th, 2026 from 10:00am to 1:00pm in historic Downtown Livermore. Featuring downtown business trick-or-treat, children’s activities, costume contest, Stockmen’s Park Booths and more for children 5th grade and younger. It is a wonderful opportunity for your business to gain visibility among more than 5,000 attendees from the Tri-Valley and surrounding areas.
All participating merchants will be listed on a trick-or-treat listing on our website
NOTE: Participants will be responsible for passing out candy from 10:00am – 1:00pm to approximately 1,500 kids. As a participant you will be responsible for handing out candy/treats to kids 5th grade and under. Please let us know if you will be providing allergy safe (No nuts) items so we can mark the booth list as Allergy Safe. We also encourage activities at booth, as this will give you more time to engage with the parents for outreach.
Terms & Conditions
Livermore Downtown Inc. Partners free participation. Non-Livermore Downtown Partners will be charged $30 fee for participation that includes and cover expense for marketing and participation listing. Payment by credit card only. Livermore Downtown Inc. will review vendor applications and vendor will be notified through Eventeny upon acceptance. Non-partners - Card on file will be charged at that time.
Rain or shine event unless deemed unsafe by coordinating program.
