Trick-or-Treat Booths at Stockmen’s Park & Bankhead Plaza

Kidz Town Halloween Hay Day is held on Saturday, October 24th, 2026 from 10:00am to 1:00pm in historic Downtown Livermore. Featuring downtown business trick-or-treat, children’s activities, costume contest, Stockmen’s Park & Bankhead Plaza Booths and more for children 5th grade and younger. It is a wonderful opportunity for your business to gain visibility among more than 5,000 attendees from the Tri-Valley and surrounding areas.

Our Merchants, Stockmen’s Park and Bankhead Plaza will host this year’s Trick or Treat.  We want to celebrate local businesses and organizations by having you join us at Stockmen’s Park or Bankhead Plaza!

*Please note, this year activity booths will be located at BOTH Stockmen's Park and Bankhead Plaza due to the Elephant Migration Art Exhibit that will be on display October-December in Livermore Downtown. Multiple life sized elephants will be on display and sharing both Stockmen's Park and Bankhead Plaza during this event.

Businesses will not be selecting their location. LDI will be placing booths based on what is best for the event layout. We thank you in advance for your understanding!

Your 10X10 Booth must be decorated in the Halloween theme and we ask that your team be in costume and have an activity for the kids to do when they visit your booth such as a game. Think carnival atmosphere! Don’t forget the candy! 

Booth Fee is $100.Your card on file will be charged upon acceptance. Space is limited and first come - application will close once spaces are full or on October 9th - whichever is first.

NOTE:   Participants will be responsible for passing out candy from 10:00am – 1:00pm to approximately 1,500 - 2,000 kids. As a participant you will be responsible for handing out candy/treats to kids 5th grade and under.  Please let us know if you will be providing allergy safe (No nuts) items so we can mark the booth list as Allergy Safe.  We also encourage activities at booth, as this will give you more time to engage with the parents for outreach.  

Payment by credit card only. Livermore Downtown Inc. will review vendor applications and vendor will be notified through Eventeny upon acceptance. Card on file will be charged at that time. 

Vendor confirmation with day of details and booth space will be emailed the week prior to the event date. 

Rain or shine event unless deemed unsafe by coordinating program.
