This application allows our Entertainment Committee to learn more about you and helps us identify performers for stages and events throughout the year. Please complete the application as thoroughly as possible.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a performance opportunity. Applications will be reviewed based on programming needs, event format, and available performance opportunities. Selected entertainers will be contacted directly regarding booking details.
