Terms & Conditions
Expert Judges
- 10 vetted Industry Experts will judge products in their final retail packaging in a category based on their area of expertise (some judges may judge more than one category)
- Ballots weighted at 55%
General Public Judges
- 190 General Public Judges (flower/edible categories),
- 40 General Public Judges (concentrate categories)
- Will judge products in their final retail packaging
- Judge kits will be sold at select Tribal and State Licensed Cannabis Retailers (kits will not be sold at vertically integrated retailers that are competing with their products)
- Ballots weighted at 45%
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- $400 entry fee per category
- Product submissions due by Aug. 20, 2026 (Legacy Cup will provide licensed transport from your facility)
- Edible products must be non-refrigerated/non-perishable
- All submissions must be on Metrc and approved for sale in Minnesota, including the 2026 lab test from OCM licensed lab
- Entrants must prepare submissions in individual final retail packaging with all OCM required packaging/labeling
- Max of 3 submissions per category per license holder

- I certify that I am submitting compliant Adult-Use product(s) under MN State Law
- I understand the total number of samples required by 8/20/26.
- I understand that my submission(s) needs to be in OCM compliant package and labeled compliantly.
- I understand my submission(s) need to be submitted as a manifest on METRC to Medicine Lake Enterprises, Inc.
- I understand that ten of my submission(s) will be sold for one penny to the 10 Expert Judges and the remaining submissions will be sold for market value to the General Public Judges by Legacy Cannabis (and potentially at select non-competing dispeaneires) as Retail Judges Kits.
- I understand that results will be announced on stage at Legacy Cup on Saturday, 9/26 and on social media on Monday, 9/28.
- I would like to provide extra product for a “trade sample” to be displayed at the Hall of Compeitiors at Legacy Cup.
- I understand that I need to fill out a separate form before the August trasnfer with my product information at the below link.
- I understand that I will choose which Adult Use products I will enter at the end of this application in the “Prices” section.
