Holiday in the Park 2026 Car Show – Participant Information

The Holiday in the Park Car Show returns Friday, November 20, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Magnolia Boulevard in Burbank.

One of the event’s longest-running traditions, the show fills two blocks near Autobooks-Aerobooks with classic cars, hot rods, muscle cars, vintage vehicles, car clubs, and other distinctive vehicles. The surrounding festival features live music, vendors, food trucks, and family activities, with tens of thousands of attendees expected.

We have space for approximately 70 vehicles. All makes, models, and car clubs are welcome. Entry is $40 per vehicle and is charged only after approval.

Applications remain open through 3:00 PM on event day, space permitting. Detailed load-in and placement instructions will be sent to approved participants. Vehicle placement is managed by the car show team; submitting an application does not guarantee a specific space.

Holiday in the Park Car Show – Terms and Conditions

By submitting an application to participate in the Holiday in the Park Car Show, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Information
The Holiday in the Park Car Show will take place on Friday, November 20, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Magnolia Boulevard in Burbank, California. Participants must follow all event instructions regarding arrival, staging, placement, and departure. Vehicles must remain in their assigned display location for the duration of the event unless otherwise directed by event staff.

2. Vehicle Eligibility
Vehicles must be safe, roadworthy, and appropriate for public display. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any vehicle that poses a safety concern or does not comply with event guidelines.

3. Setup and Removal
Participants must arrive during the designated load-in window and follow directions provided by the car show team. Once positioned, vehicles may not be moved until the official 10:00 PM closing or until authorized by event staff for safety reasons.

4. Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain a safe and respectful environment for attendees and other participants. Burnouts, reckless driving, loud engine revving, or any unsafe behavior will not be permitted and may result in removal from the event.

5. Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement
By participating in the Holiday in the Park Car Show, the participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Magnolia Park Events, the Magnolia Park Merchants Association, the City of Burbank, event sponsors, volunteers, and all affiliated partners from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur in connection with the event.
Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own vehicle and personal property at all times and assume all risks associated with participating in a public event.

6. Insurance and Compliance
Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly registered, insured, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Photography and Media Release
Participants grant permission to event organizers and their partners to photograph, film, or otherwise record their vehicle and likeness for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.

8. Event Modifications
The event is scheduled rain or shine. Event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, layout, or schedule if necessary for safety, permitting, weather, or operational reasons.

9. Agreement
Submission of a car show application indicates that the participant has read, understands, and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
