Workshop Host Application
Do you have a skill, craft, hobby, trade, passion, or bit of knowledge you'd love to share with the community?

We're always looking for workshop hosts who can help create fun, engaging, hands-on experiences at our events. Whether you're teaching a craft, leading a discussion, demonstrating a skill, offering a make-and-take project, or sharing something you're passionate about, we'd love to hear your ideas.

What We Provide
Workshop hosts receive their space at no cost and may choose one of the following:

• 6' x 5' Table Space
OR
• 10' x 10' Workshop Space

Workshop Expectations
Workshop spaces are provided in exchange for offering enough workshop content, activities, demonstrations, classes, or sessions to keep your space active throughout the event day (typically Noon–6 PM).

Workshops may be:

• Free
• Donation-Based
• Fee-Based

While we encourage free and accessible workshops whenever possible, hosts are absolutely welcome to charge a reasonable fee for participation.

Selling Is Welcome
Workshop hosts are also welcome to sell products, supplies, artwork, kits, merchandise, handmade goods, or other items related to their workshop. Your space may function as both a workshop area and a vendor booth.

What We're Looking For
We welcome a wide variety of workshop ideas, including (but certainly not limited to):

• Arts & Crafts
• Wellness & Self-Care
• Homesteading & Traditional Skills
• Music & Performance
• Educational Demonstrations
• Interactive Activities
• Community-Building Experiences
• Unique, Creative, and Outside-the-Box Ideas

No formal teaching experience is required—just reliability, enthusiasm, and a desire to share something meaningful with others.

• Your Name (and Business Name, if applicable)

• Workshop Title
• Workshop Description
• Session Length and Schedule
• Whether Your Workshop is Free, Donation-Based, or Paid
• Space Requested (6' x 5' or 10' x 10')
• Any Special Requirements or Equipment Needs

We believe some of the best event experiences happen when people share what they know. If you have something you'd love to teach, create, demonstrate, or inspire, we'd love to have you join us.

 All vendors are expected to contribute to a welcoming environment for LGBTQIA+ attendees, vendors, and allies.

Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

And yes…this is a joy-forward space.

Please don’t bring a bad attitude, even if you haven’t had your coffee yet.

✅ Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for:

• Their own setup, products, and supplies

• Managing all payments and customer transactions

• Keeping their space clean and removing all items/trash after the event

• Ensuring products sold comply with local laws and venue policies

 Insurance & Liability Disclaimer

Vendors participate at their own risk.

Sunday FunGay! Market, Jampod, and event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, personal injury, or accidents occurring during setup, event hours, or breakdown.

Vendors are encouraged to carry their own business liability insurance if applicable.

 Event Changes

Market management reserves the right to make adjustments to layout, vendor placement, or event operations as needed to ensure a safe and success.
