The Pride Center of Terre Haute is excited to host the 2026 Terre Haute Pride Fest on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Fairbanks Park in Terre Haute, Indiana!
We are seeking entertainers who are members of the LGBTQIAP+ community and our allies to be featured on stage during Pride Fest. We are hoping to bring a variety of entertainment to the festival and welcome submissions from singer/songwriters, dancers, variety acts, drag performers, and more! We will have performances on the Fairbanks Park Amphitheater Stage!
If you would like to have a vendor booth to promote your talents, business, and/or organization, please be sure to complete the separate Vendor Application.
Entertainer check-in, prep, and sound checks will occur from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM on Saturday, October 3 at the amphitheater.
Entertainers must be 18 or older OR have an adult chaperone/coach/leader who is 18 or older.
All performers will be required to sign a liability waiver. We will follow up with all approved acts to confirm performance schedules and equipment needs.
To be considered as an entertainer/performer for Pride Fest, this application must be completed by August 1, 2026 before noon!
Terms & Conditions
The Terre Haute Pride Fest is a welcoming environment free of bullying, harassment, intimidation, and victimization. The Pride Center of Terre Haute reserves the right to refuse applicants with policies, procedures, practices, or employees/staff members (past or present) causing LGBTQ+ persons in Terre Haute, Indiana or the surrounding areas to feel unsafe, unwelcome, or discriminated against.
Entertainers understand that the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. has no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, government intervention, or any other cause that may prevent and alter and or interrupt the Terre Haute Pride Fest, and participants shall hold the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. harmless for any losses that could arise because of such event.
- All materials deemed offensive by the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. will not be permitted to be sold or displayed.
- All entertainers are expected to monitor themselves on all matters of conduct, attire, etc. This is a community event and minors will be present.
- Entertainers are responsible for paying any licensing fees, and obtaining all permits required by any federal, state, or local governmental entity, including, but not limited to, the City of Terre Haute. The Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. is not responsible for the collection or submission of any such governmental fees.
- Entertainers shall not display, offer for review, or sell any illegal or contraband items. The laws of the State of Indiana and local ordinances of the City of Terre Haute shall control. Entertainers shall not display, offer for review, or sell any items that are unlicensed and/or copies/interpretations of licensed or registered items at any or all sites and operations of the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc.
- Entertainers are required to set-up their booth (if applicable) by 11:30 AM, and agree to not clean up until 6:00 PM. Entertainers are permitted to stay until but no later than 7:00 PM for clean up. No organization/performer may leave early without the permission of the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc.
- Entertainers are required to clean up the area provided by the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. and the City of Terre Haute prior to departure. Failure to clean up your area will result in a $150.00 clean-up fee.
- Any entertainer that has previously broken terms and conditions of a Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. event, who is a late cancellation for Terre Haute Pride Fest, or no-show at a Terre Haute Pride Fest, may not be eligible for participation in all future Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. events.

- Is there any equipment you need the Pride Center of Terre Haute to provide? We are able to offer small scale items such as amplified sound, microphones, a stool/chair, aux connection, etc.
- What is your connection to the LGBTQ+ community?
- Please upload an image (e.g. high quality logo or headshot) that you would like us to use when marketing your act if accepted.
- Please provide a bio that you would like included on social media captions and other promotional materials.
- What are your expectations for compensation? What is the total cost for your performance? For example, in the past we have been able to offer performers $100 for a 30-minute set via check written and provided immediately following thier performance. If you are interested in donating your performance fees back to the Pride Center, please let us know.
