Cisco TX Pie Fest - Pie Eating Contest

Do you have what it takes?  Come try your eating skills at the 2026 Cisco TX Pie Fest pie eating contest!  There will be a $10 entry fee.  Bring lots and lots of enthusiasm (costume, props, signs) and of course your hardy appetitie and rememer NO HANDS!!!!

 1.  Contestant must be 16 or older (It under 18, must be signed by parent or guardian) and can only win 3 consecutive years.

2.  You may register prior to the event by using this link.  You may also stop by the day of the Pie Fest and register at Legacy Park Stage.  All contestants must show up at the stage at least 30 minutes before the event takes place.

3.  Each contestant must sign a waiver in person before the competition.

4.  Time:  11:30am

5.  Location:  Legacy Park Stage

6.  The goal is to eat as much pie or finish a whole one, with water as the only beverage, within a 5-minute time-period.  After 5 minutes a whistle will be blown to signal the end of the round. (Water will be provided.)

7.  Contestants will wait for the whistle to blow before starting. He or she may not touch the pie until the whistle blows to begin.  The contest will be times with a stopwatch.

8.  Any pie in the contestant's mouth at the final whistle is counted privided it is swallowed.

9.  The use of hands or utensils is not permitted.  Only you face and mouth may be used.  Hold your hands behind your back so you will not be tempted to use them.  The contestant may use thier hands to drink water.

10.  The person who eats the most pie within the 5-minute time slot or finishes the whole pie will be declared the winner.

11.  In the event of a tie, whoever (in the opinion of the judge) ends up wearing the most pie and the biggest pie smile, will be declared the overall winner.

12.  The judges will determine the winner of the contest.  All decisions are final.

PRIZES:  1st Place - $400 and the 1st place trophy to be kept until next year's pie fest

                2nd Place - $200

                3rd Place - $100

Any contestant caught breaking any of the above rules will be disqualified.  A contestant may not leave the table during the contest.  Any visible signs of sickness, starting before the start signal is given, putting hands in mouth or into pie or pushing food, as well as any of the above listed rules, will be disqualified.
