Stage Performers

The Buford Holiday Festival & Parade Stage is a family-centered community event that highlights the talent of our local youth. We are primarily seeking performances from children and student groups, including singers, dancers, school choirs, dance teams, martial arts demonstrations such as Taekwondo, and other youth performing arts organizations. Our goal is to showcase the incredible young talent in our community in a fun, festive, and supportive environment. While youth and student performers are our priority, a limited number of additional community acts may be considered based on availability. All performances should be family-friendly and appropriate for a holiday audience.

Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver
By submitting this application and participating in the Buford Holiday Festival & Parade Stage, all applicants, performers, parents, and legal guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility & Content
All performances must be family-friendly and appropriate for a public holiday event. The Buford Holiday Festival & Parade reserves the right to reject or stop any performance that is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in alignment with the event’s mission.
Performance Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All performers are selected at the discretion of the event committee based on space, scheduling, and program needs. Performance times and stage placement are assigned by event organizers and may be adjusted at any time.
Safety & Conduct
All performers, instructors, parents, and attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times. Any unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund or future participation eligibility.
Minors
For performers under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this application and waiver. Guardians are responsible for supervision of minors at all times before, during, and after performances.
Media Release
By participating, performers and/or guardians grant permission to the Buford Holiday Festival & Parade, Buford Business Alliance, and affiliated partners to photograph, video record, and use images or recordings of participants for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.
Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that participation in live performances and public events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or other unforeseen incidents. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
Liability Waiver & Release
By agreeing to these terms, participants (and guardians of minors) hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Buford Holiday Festival & Parade, Buford Business Alliance, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and venue partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in this event.
Agreement Confirmation
By submitting this application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver. You acknowledge that you are legally authorized to sign on behalf of all participants listed in this application, including minors where applicable.
