2026 FM Pride - Entertainer Interest Form

FM Pride is accepting submissions of interest from artists who are open to being contracted during Fargo-Moorhead's Pride Festival on August 5-9, 2026. Performers of all genres are encouraged to participate!

Application Guidelines:

• Open to musicians, DJs, dancers, drag performers, and other live entertainers.
• Submissions include a performance sample (video or audio), a space for event references and relevant experience, and social media or website links.

All artists interested in being contracted will be contacted and invited for a meeting after the form has closed to go over contracts, Safe Zone Agreements, and opportunities for this year in detail. 

By completing this application, you agree to the below statements:

1. I understand this application does not constitute an agreement of services, but that it is an application for consideration to participate as a performer at the 2026 Fargo-Moorhead Pride Festival.
2. I acknowledge all information included is correct.
3. I understand that if I am contracted my images may be used in event advertisement, online promotions, and print / press materials.
4. I understand I will be considered a 1099 contractor of FM Pride and responsible for reporting all taxable income. I will provide to FM Pride a completed IRS form W-9 if requested to do so.
5. I understand that if at any point during the 2026 Pride Festival I am found in violation of the Safe Zone Agreement, I will be asking to leave the event and may not be allowed to return.
