Bands will be notified of acceptance Friday, July 26th
Bands must provide their own equipment and sound unless notified.
Festival to take place rain or shine.
PDC will notify all bands of performance cancellations due to inclement weather
Terms & Conditions
BY SIGNING BELOW, I, as the recognized representative for the group/person submitting this form for performing in Poolesville Day, hereby and agree to the following:
I waive any liability on the part of the Poolesville Day Committee, Inc. (PDC) or any co-sponsor for any personal injury or damage to equipment occurring on Poolesville Day.
I understand that the PDC is the final authority on the location of our performance.
I must supply my own equipment, power and all other logistics unless discussed with the Band Committee Chairperson in advance.
I give permission to the PDC to use any photographs taken for marketing purposes in the future.
If selected to perform at Poolesville Day, I will provide the PDC at a minimum 15 Days notice if I/we are unable to perform.
Song choices/performances will be conducive to a family friendly, festival environment.
PDC does not compensate for bands performing during Poolesville Day events.
NO SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER July 19 2026.
