Panelist Application

Please complete this form to be considered for our 2026 Panelist Schedule. If you’re interested in submitting proposals for multiple panels, please complete a separate form for each one.

Panel submissions will close on Sunday, July 12, 2026.

We’ll let you know on Eventeny by Sunday, July 26, 2026, whether your panel has been accepted, denied, or waitlisted. You can also check the status of your application in Eventeny at any time after submission. Any questions during this process can be directed to Skye, Caitlin, or Lucifer at panels@matsuricon.org.

Please confirm your continued interest in presenting your panel within 10 days of receiving your acceptance. We will be approving applications at all times throughout this application process. Please ensure you have your updated email, email alerts turned on, and any other helpful tools to check in on your application. Your confirmation of interest can be an email or Eventeny message in response if there is no button available to confirm.

Please note that REIMBURSEMENT HAS CHANGED FOR 2026. 

We will now offer a 25% reimbursement for up to three panelists per hour of programming (1 hr = 25%, 2 hr = 50%, 3 hr = 75%, 4 hr = 100%). Adjustments to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Submitting this application means you’ve read and will abide by these terms and conditions. Otherwise, you risk no longer being able to run panels with Matsuricon.
