About the event

MNSWCA. org presents Excalibur Con Pop Culture & Tabletop Gaming Convention 2026 August 15-16, 2025 Exhibit Hall opens 11:00am each day (10:30 for VIP)  Individual gaming events start earlier. Location: Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center 350 Harbor Dr. Duluth, MN 55802 Excalibur Con Pop Culture & Tabletop Gaming Convention will combine all of the great nerd and geek fandoms under one roof again in 2026! There will be vendors, artists, activities, cosplay contests, silent auctions, and special guest stars all weekend long! The Lady of the Lake Kings of War, North Star Open Warhammer 40k, and Magic the Gathering tournaments will be featured during the weekend, as well as other tournament events to be announced soon. Find your inner nerd and join us for what is destined to be the Northland Nerd event of the year! Tournament entry special! Participants in designated Excalibur Con gaming tournaments are eligible for a 50% discount on current weekend ticket price. All North Star Open tickets will be available via the North Star Open website. Full event information, guests, schedule, etc. can be found at Excaliburcon.com. Tickets are non-refundable. Tournament entry may be transferrable, contact info@mnswca.org to transfer tournament entry.

About the application

Apply here to present a panel at Excalibur Con 2026. Space is limited and not all applications will be selected. Please be as thorough as possible to help us make selections. 

 

All panels will be allotted 45 minutes of time in the panel room to accommodate flow in and out of the panel rooms. 

Terms & Conditions

All panelists chosen will receive entry to the Excalibur Con weekend. If you have multiple presenters, each will recieve entry (up to 4).
