Apply now to join us as a media partner at ImmerseCon 2024, where you can report on the latest innovations and community-driven initiatives in STEM and interactive media.

ImmerseCon invites journalists, bloggers, and media personnel to apply for a press pass to cover the ImmerseCon 2024 event, a premier gathering dedicated to fostering innovation and diversity in STEM and interactive media. Press pass holders will have exclusive access to keynotes, panels, workshops, and special events, providing an opportunity to capture and share the groundbreaking moments of the convention.

 

Eligibility: Press passes are available to members of the media who provide:

  • A valid press ID or a business card from a recognized publication or news organization.
  • Links to recent articles or media coverage, especially those relevant to technology, education, or related fields.
  • Digital platforms where your media has been published.

  • Access to All Sessions: Attend any of the keynotes, breakout sessions, panels, and workshops scheduled over the event days.

Terms & Conditions

This application is subject to all ImmerseCon 2024 terms and conditions which can be found at immersecon.com/terms.   Space Allocation: Each vendor will be allocated a 10x10 floor space. Additional equipment or furnishings must be within this space.
Power Supply: Electricity is optional and must be requested in advance. Additional fees may apply.
Product & Service Guidelines: All products and services displayed must be appropriate for a general audience and relevant to the gaming/tech theme of ImmerseCon.
Setup and Breakdown: Vendors are responsible for their own setup and breakdown within designated times.
Liability: ImmerseCon is not liable for any damage or loss of property. Vendors should arrange their own insurance.   *All deliverables are non-refundable under any circumstance
