Are you interested in perfoming at the 2024 Rome Pride? Let us know and complete the application and include your contact information along with details about your performance, and any video links you'd like to share. Please confirm your availabilty, and fee.
We are always looking to highlight LGBTQ+ talent- Drag Queens & Kings, Musicians and Bands, all are welcome to apply. If your act doesnt fit in this catergory, it doesnt mean you cant perform, just reach out to us. Please remember this is a family friendly event and consider that when applying.
The entertainment committee will review all applications and once selected to perform, they will reach out to confirm performance details along with sending your contract for the event.
Terms & Conditions
A completed application by the artist, performer or comedian does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed by the Rome Georgia Pride committee and board. All artists will be contacted with an approval or denial notice by june 5th. Please be aware that some artists may receive financial compensation for their performance but not all artists are entitled to financial compensation for their performance. Artists and performers are responsible for their own transportation to and from the festival.
Compensation Policy
Not all performances are paid. The majority of the entertainers who perform volunteer their time and talents to celebrate with the community and inspire the positive change that Rome Georgia Pride represents. Entertainers will not be compensated unless terms have been agreed upon in a signed contract with Rome Georgia Pride.
Credits and Promotions
Your electronic images, likenesses, and bios will be used in official Rome Georgia Pride communications, online promotions, print, and press materials.

Acknowledgements
1. I understand that this application does not constitute an agreement of services, but is an application for consideration to participate as an entertainer during Rome Goergia Pride events during the month of June 2024.
2. I agree to appear in the time/place that is designated to me by Rome Georgia Pride and event production partners.
3. By submitting this application, I am acknowledging that all of the information within is correct and I authorize Rome Georgia Pride, or an authorized representative, to contact listed references to validate the contents of this application.
4. If I am selected as an entertainer for Rome Georgia Pride related events I understand that I may not be entitled to any compensation for my performance and the act that I perform may be done as a donation of my time and talent.
