Show off your best Itasha Car Display! Our spots are VERY limited, so be sure to apply now! Please note: monetary compensation will not be offered. Each car entry will receive +2 FREE General Admission Weekend Passes.
Terms & Conditions
Load-in - Fri Dec 8 from 12pm to 8pm.
Load-out - Sun. Dec 10 7pm+ (When attendees dispurse from the area)
All vehicles must be stationed for the duration of the entire event and cannot be driven at anytime. Signing up to our car show means you will waive all liabilities for your participation.
Rules Below:
- All cars must be less than 1/4 tank filled with a working gauge and battery safely disconnected - This process will be reviewed by our team. No exceptions.
- Vehicles must NOT be excessively revved or loud acceleration during the event.
- 18+ content must be properly secured and covered at all times as our event is family friendly.
- Itasha designs must not violate intellectual property rights.
- Any sales of merch or promotions are prohibited inside or near your vehicle.
- Your vehicle must be legal for the street and cannot violate any Federal, State or City laws of Arizona.
