You can see that birds and Florida oceans influence my work, as do Colorado and Arizona landscapes.
I began presenting my fiber paintings at art shows only five years ago. My exploration with fiber art actually started 30 years ago with original hand stitched landscape embroideries. Then, I turned to water media painting. When I discovered free motion embroidery with my sewing machine, I began creating stitched fiber landscapes with my paintings on layers of fabric.
