As a volunteer, you’ll play a key role in keeping the event running smoothly—whether you're tossing color at participants, assisting at registration, handing out water, or cheering on runners at the finish line. Volunteering at the Rainbow Run is a great way to give back to the community, meet new people, and have a blast! Terms & Conditions

By submitting a volunteer application for the Rainbow Run, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Volunteer Eligibility & Commitment a. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old (must have a signed parental consent form if under 18). b. Volunteers must commit to their assigned shift and responsibilities. If unable to attend, volunteers must notify the event coordinator as soon as possible. 2. Responsibilities & Conduct a. Volunteers agree to perform assigned duties to the best of their ability and follow instructions from event staff. b. Volunteers must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward participants, fellow volunteers, and event staff. c. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including harassment, intoxication, or misconduct, will result in immediate dismissal. 3. Liability & Safety a. Volunteers acknowledge that participation involves physical activity and potential exposure to colored powder. b. Volunteers assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur and agree not to hold the Event Organizer, venue, or affiliated parties liable. c. Volunteers must adhere to all safety guidelines and report any injuries or concerns to event staff immediately. 4. Event Modifications & Cancellation a. The Organizer reserves the right to modify event details, including date, location, or volunteer assignments, with notice. b. In the event of cancellation, volunteers will be notified as soon as possible. 5. Media Release a. By participating volunteers grant the Organizer permission to use their likeness in photos, videos, and promotional materials. b. If a volunteer prefers not to be photographed, they must inform the event coordinator in advance. 6. General Agreement a. The Organizer reserves the right to dismiss any volunteer who does not comply with these terms. b. Submission of a volunteer application constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
