Welcome to the Newnan Porchfest volunteer program! By signing up as a volunteer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Volunteer Commitment
Volunteers agree to perform their assigned duties to the best of their ability, with a positive and cooperative attitude.
Volunteers must arrive on time for their scheduled shifts and notify the event organizers as soon as possible in the case of unforeseen delays or absences.
2. Eligibility
Volunteers must be at least 15 years old to participate. Minors (under 18) must have parental or guardian consent. Children below the age of 15 can assist parents or guardians who are volunteering.
Volunteers must complete the official sign-up process, including providing accurate contact information and signing this agreement.
3. Behavior and Conduct
Volunteers are expected to behave respectfully toward all event participants, performers, fellow volunteers, and staff.
Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.
4. Safety and Liability
Volunteers must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event organizers.
Volunteers understand that participation is at their own risk. Newnan Porchfest and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.
5. Confidentiality
Volunteers may have access to confidential or sensitive information. Volunteers agree not to disclose or misuse any such information.
6. Photography and Media Release
By participating, volunteers consent to the use of their image or likeness in photographs, videos, or promotional materials for Newnan Porchfest.
7. Termination of Participation
Newnan Porchfest reserves the right to terminate a volunteer’s participation at any time if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions or disrupt the event.
8. Acknowledgment
By signing up as a volunteer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
