About the application

Join us for the 2025 July 4th Celebration! You can help make this event a success by volunteering with our team to welcome our guests to this premier event. Shifts will be available Friday, July 4th throughout the day. We need assistance with everything from setting up tables and chairs to trash pick up to hosting our City Information Tent. Please remember to note your t-shirt size so that we can provide you with an event shirt.

Help us keep Powder Springs clean and beautiful for our event guests and citizens by serving on our Litter Patrol Team. As a part of this team, you will be assigned a to small team that concentrates on a specific "zone" of the event. You'll be provided with gloves, bags, pick-up stick, and other cleaning materials as needed. Snacks, drinks, and meals will be provided during your shift in our Green Room.

The event isn't over until it's all packed up and put away. This special crew will help us break down seating areas, collect trash carts, assist with vendor check out and conduct litter sweeps of Marietta Street, Broad Street, and Thurman Springs Park, Snacks, drinks and meals will be provided for all volunteers in our Green Room.
