About the application

Volunteers must be 16 years or older. Please select your top four positions that you'd like to volunteer for during the application process. Also indicate if you can work 1 or 2 shifts. Please tell us your skills and talents that will help us place you in the best position. Please note which shifts you're available and can commit to the time frame. We have more volunteers applying than we have open positions so you may only get one shift or none at all, this is not a reflection on you or your skills. You will be notified by April 10 which shifts and positions you have been selected for, if you cannot fulfill your slot please inform us ASAP so that we can replace you in time.

Terms & Conditions

As a ChocoFest volunteer, you play a vital role in ensuring the festival’s success and creating a welcoming experience for our guests. Depending on your position, shifts range from 4 to 6 hours. We ask that you commit to your scheduled shift and represent the festival and its organizers in a positive, professional manner at all times. To prepare for your role, new volunteers are required to review their job description and attend a brief orientation at the start of their shift. This session will provide important details about the festival, your responsibilities, and other key information to help you succeed. You will need to sign a release form and photograph release form when selected.
