GalaxyCon St. Louis is a 3 Day Festival of Fandom with celebrities, artists, writers, voice actors, cosplayers, entertainers, creators, wrestlers, fan groups, panelists, and PEOPLE LIKE YOU! Join fans from across the galaxy and celebrate Comic Books, Pop Culture, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Anime, Gaming, Cosplay, and more! Volunteer Benefits: • Free admission to the convention on the day that you work • Free admission every day of the convention if you work for 10 hours or more • An exclusive GalaxyCon Legion of Super Fans t-shirt • An exclusive volunteer badge/button • 10% discount on GalaxyCon merchandise • A private volunteer breakroom • Free pizza and bottled water while you are on your breaks Application Instructions: • Please complete the application in full. • You will be contacted to determine your availability. • You will be assigned based on our coverage needs. We will take your preferred department into consideration. Returning volunteers have priority on department assignment. • We depend on volunteers and schedule coverage based on your commitment. Please do not apply to volunteer if you do not plan on showing up. • We understand that some circumstances are out of your control. If you are unable to show up for a scheduled shift, please try to let us know as soon as possible. This will not reflect negatively on future volunteer opportunities. • Please upload a clear picture of your face with your application. These pictures are for our internal use only. They are used solely for identification purposes at check-in and to locate you within the building. If you do not upload a photo of yourself, your application will not be approved.
