Galaxycon's ghosts and goblins gather together to present 3 Days of Scary Celebrities, Petrifying Parties, Villainous Vendors, Ghastly Gaming, Creepy Cosplay Contests, and Fearful Fun for EVERYONE! About the application

Volunteer Benefits: • Free admission to the convention on the day that you work • Free admission every day of the convention if you work for 10 hours or more • An exclusive Nightmare Weekend Volunteer t-shirt • An exclusive volunteer badge/button • 10% discount on Nightmare Weekend merchandise • A private volunteer breakroom • Free pizza and bottled water while you are on your breaks Application Instructions: • Please complete the application in full. • You will select a department and shifts on your application. Please select this based on your first choice of department. • Please select ONLY the shifts that you would actually like to work. (Example: If you only want to work 4 or 5 hours, do not select 20 hours' worth of shifts.) • You will be assigned to the schedule that you pick unless we have more need in another department that you selected. • We depend on volunteers and schedule coverage based on your commitment. Please do not apply to volunteer if you are unable to show up. • We understand that some circumstances are out of your control. If you are unable to show up for a scheduled shift, please try to let us know as soon as possible. This will not reflect negatively on future volunteer opportunities. • Please upload a clear picture of your face with your application. These pictures are for our internal use only. They are used solely for identification purposes at check-in and to locate you within the building. If you do not upload a photo of yourself, your application will not be approved.
