About the event

The Clatsop County Fair, located on Oregon's beautiful North Coast in Astoria attracts 7,000 - 10,000 fairgoers each summer and is an annual celebration of community, agriculture, and fun! The four-day 2025 Fair dates are July 30 - August 2, 2025. Nationally recognized country music artist, Rodney Atkins with special guest, Thomas Mac will perform on our outdoor stage under the stars on Friday, August 1st. Our fair provides diverse entertainment options for everyone with live music daily, main stage performances, talent show, car show, entertainment, food, vendors, games, animals, exhibits, and more! The Clatsop County Fair is a cherished community event that brings together people of all ages for a celebration of local culture, food, exhibits, music, animals, vendors and fun! Thank you for your interest in signing-up to volunteer your time! Your commitment to make our fair a success makes a significant difference and we can't to this fair without volunteers like you! Select the volunteer position(s) and shifts(s) you would like to volunteer for and submit this online form. After you sign-up, a Clatsop County Fair & Expo staff member will follow-up with you via the email address you provide when you sign-up. Volunteers needed for the following roles (descriptions and more details provided in the sign-up form): - Activity Monitor - Concert Area Badge Checker - Parking Monitor/Gatekeeper - Parking Shuttle Driver for VIP Concert Sponsors - Friday, August 1, 2025 - Rascal Rodeo Volunteers DO NOT sign-up here. Terms & Conditions

As a volunteer, you will receive a voucher for an ice cream at the 4-H Chicken Coop (this will be given to you when you check-in for your shift) and a General Admission ticket to the Rodney Atkins outdoor concert with special guest, Thomas Mac on Friday, August 1. You will receive a concert ticket for EACH shift you cover! Very Important: Your concert ticket(s) will be emailed to the email address you provide when you signed-up to volunteer.
