12/14 - Supply Box Assembly (volunteers needed) 12/21 - Block Organizer Supply Box Pickup (volunteers needed) 12/22 - Placement and... 12/22-12/25 LUMINARIA LIT 12/26-12/28 Teardown and Return 12/26-12/30 Supply Box Return Processing (volunteers needed) Luminaria is a Christmas lantern consisting of a tea light set in a small paper bag weighted with sand and placed with others along sidewalks. Each year, Willo builds 10,000 of them! One volunteer is needed to organize each of the 44 blocks in Willo to build, place, and tear down the luminaria.

About the application

1) Help is needed pre-event to assemble the 44 supply boxes. 2) One person is needed for each of Willo's 44 blocks to pick up a supply box, organize their block to build, place, and teardown the luminaria, and then return the supply box. 3) Help is needed post-event to process and inventory returned supply boxes before they go back into storage.
