About the event

The Floral City Strawberry Festival is held annually the first weekend in March at Floral Park in Floral City. The festival celebrates its tasty name sake with a full weekend of fun that has been a local tradition for generations. The 38th Annual Floral City Strawberry Festival will feature over 200 vendors, food trucks, kid zones, a beer & wine garden, non-stop live entertainment, including the Prince & Princess Strawberry Pageant and ever popular pie eating contests. Admission is $5 for adults, 12 & under are free.

Volunteer Opportunity: Site Prep for the Floral City Strawberry Festival! Join us in getting the festival grounds ready for an amazing weekend! We’re looking for energetic volunteers to assist with Site Prep for the 2025 Floral City Strawberry Festival. Date: Thursday, February 27, 2025 Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Location: Floral Park, 9530 S Parkside Ave., Floral City Role Details: Volunteers will help with setting up the festival site, including: Putting up fencing and tents Setting out tables and chairs Hanging banners and signage Assisting with other general setup tasks This is a hands-on role that involves lifting, moving, and working outdoors. It’s a great way to be part of the behind-the-scenes action and help bring the festival to life! What to Bring: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes Work gloves (if you have them) Sunscreen, hat, and water A can-do attitude and team spirit!
