About the application

Volunteer to be part of making the River City Festival a success! Aside from the obvious perk of being an essential contributor to the organization of the River City Festival, every approved volunteer receives a T-shirt, as well as a meal ticket and beverage token.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. By applying, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Commitment: Volunteers are expected to commit to the agreed schedule and fulfill their assigned duties. If unable to fulfill your commitment, please notify the festival coordinator as soon as possible. Code of Conduct: Volunteers must conduct themselves in a professional manner, treating fellow volunteers, staff, and festival attendees with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Liability Waiver: By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and release the festival organizers from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during your volunteer activities. Media Release: Volunteers may be photographed or recorded during the festival. By volunteering, you grant permission for the use of your image in promotional materials without compensation. Termination: The festival organizers reserve the right to terminate your volunteer position at any time for reasons including but not limited to misconduct, failure to fulfill responsibilities, or violation of festival policies. Agreement: By submitting your application, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
