1. By applying to volunteer application for IACA- North Point Diwali Event 2024, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for all volunteers and attendees.

• Refraining from any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
• Complying with all instructions provided by event organizers or supervisors.
• Not engaging in any behavior that could harm the reputation of the event or the organizing team.
5. Health and Safety - Volunteers agree to:
• Follow all health and safety protocols as specified by the event organizers, including any COVID-19 guidelines.
• Inform the event organizers of any health concerns that could impact their ability to volunteer safely.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to a supervisor immediately.
6. Confidentiality -Volunteers may have access to confidential information related to the event, its participants, or sponsors. Volunteers agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any unauthorized parties.
7. Photography and Media Release -By volunteering, you grant IACA- Northpoint Diwali 2024 event permission to use photographs, video, and/or audio recordings taken during the event, which may include your likeness, for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Liability -Volunteers participate at their own risk. [Event Name], its affiliates, sponsors, and organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event.
Volunteers agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims or liabilities arising out of their volunteer service.
