As a volunteer for the NJ Reentry Corporation Cultural Festival, we appreciate your commitment to making this event a success. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding responsibility, attendance, and our call-out policy:
1. Commitment to Attendance:
All volunteers are expected to attend the shifts they have signed up for. Punctuality is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of the event, especially during setup and breakdown periods.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled shift due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please notify the event management team as soon as possible.
2. Call-Out Policy:
If you need to call out or make changes to your scheduled shift, you must contact Jada Fulmore as soon as possible.

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, if possible, to allow time for adjustments in volunteer coverage.
3. Responsibilities as a Volunteer:
Volunteers are expected to fulfill their assigned duties during their shift, including assisting with setup, breakdown, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for all attendees.
Ensure that all tasks are completed with attention to detail and in a timely manner, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the event management team.
Work collaboratively with other volunteers, staff, and event participants to contribute to the overall success of the event.
4. Professionalism and Conduct:
All volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. This includes interacting courteously with event attendees, vendors, and fellow volunteers.
Volunteers should follow all instructions provided by the Volunteer Coordinator or Event Manager.
5. Emergency Protocols:
In the event of an emergency, volunteers are expected to follow the instructions of the event management team and ensure the safety of all attendees.
If you encounter any issues during your shift, please report them immediately to Jada Fulmore or another designated event manager.
