About the event

The Baton Rouge Pride Fest is an annual celebration of the LGBTQ+ community, promoting diversity, inclusion, and unity. This free, family-friendly event is open to the public and offers something for everyone. New this year, The Rainbow Exchange merges the Queerative Market and Resource Fair, creating an exciting space where queer artists, local businesses, and community resources come together. Attendees can explore unique artwork, discover local services, and engage with businesses that support the LGBTQ+ community. With free services like HIV testing and PrEP education, and fun activities like the popular Drag Queen Story Time, it’s a day of celebration for all ages. In addition to vibrant live performances by local and national drag queens, bands, and big names, Baton Rouge Pride Fest continues to raise the bar! Last year’s showstopper featured Taylor Dayne, and if you thought that was amazing, prepare to have your breath stolen by what we have in store this year! Thanks to the generosity of sponsors and donors, Baton Rouge Pride Fest is the can’t-miss event of the year for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies alike.
