I hereby release and hold harmless Visit High Point, Uptowne High Point, all businesses and events associated with the 15th Annual Holiday Stroll, the event organizers, sponsors, and any affiliated individuals from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from my participation as a volunteer.
• I understand that during the course of the Holiday Stroll event, photos or videos may be taken that include my image or likeness. By signing below, I grant Visit High Point, Uptowne High Point, and their representatives the right to use, reproduce, and publicly display these images in promotional materials, social media, websites, and other forms of media without compensation or the right to inspect or approve the images.
