Dates: October 24-26, 2024 Where: 3050 Formosa Garden Blvd Kissimmee, Florida 34747 Time: 5-10 PM Responsibilities may include: -Greeting and directing guests -Assisting with games and activities -Providing support to event staff -Waste Wizardry: Become a trash-tastic hero by keeping our event clean and tidy by emptying trash cans and ensuring a smooth flow of waste management. *No experience required! BOO Orlando Volunteer Terms & Conditions Welcome to BOO Orlando! We're excited about your interest in volunteering for our event on October 24-26, 2024. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved, please review the following terms and conditions: Event: Boo Orlando 2024 Date: Thursday - Saturday, October 24-26, 2024 Location: 3050 Formosa Garden Blvd, Kissimmee, Florida 34747 Volunteer Responsibilities: *Commitment: Volunteers are expected to commit to a minimum of 5 hours of service on the event date. *Event Day: Arrive at the event venue at least 45min before your assigned shift begins. PLEASE CHECK IN AT STAFF TENT - your QRCode will be scanned and receive volunteer info. *Role-Specific Duties: Fulfill the duties specific to your assigned volunteer role, such as: * Set-up and breakdown: Assisting with setting up and breaking down event decorations, equipment, and booths. *Guest Assistance: Providing information and directions to event attendees, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming and helpful attitude. *Activity Supervision: Overseeing designated activity areas and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants. *Cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness of event areas throughout the day. Volunteer Dress Code: * Volunteers should dress comfortably with an ORANGE shirt, come with a BIG SMILE :) *Closed-toe shoes, event t-shirt, nicely brushed hair style. Important Notes: * All volunteers must be 18 years of age or older. * Minors (under 18) may volunteer with written parental/guardian consent and accompanied by a parent/guardian. * BOO ORLANDO reserves the right to remove volunteers from the event for any reason, including violation of these terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
