About the application

Volunteers are needed for entry receiving day, entry judging day and entry release (Sunday) in Open Class Departments in our Pavilion. Non Perishable items are received on Friday, September 13 (3pm-8pm) and Saturday, September 14 (8am-12 noon). Judging will take place on Monday, September 16. Perishable items are received on Tuesday, September 17 (3pm-8pm) and judged on Wednesday. Volunteers may work one or all days-we appreciate any time you are able to give. Volunteers will receive a meal voucher for every 4 hours worked and may get free fair admission.
