Tape Vendor spaces in FLC per map. Coordinate Vendor Space # signage on wall or Room Divider to ID each Vendor location. Each Vendor space gets one Chair. Place 4 6ft tables in Rm 140 per Map.
Place 2 8' tables for David Evans and Kim Bonar per Narthex Church Vendor Map. Place 2 6' tables along Narthez north wall ( Narthex wall along Rm 178 per Map. All tables are to have 1 chair.

6' tables - See Map Do not block the Sanctuary Doors coming in to the WCA Hall. 4 chairs may be placed for Volunteers. No chairs are needed at the tables. Place 6' tables along the Mission Hall . Set back from Narthex entrance into the Mission Hall approximately 6' to allow for traffic flow coming from Rm 182. It is ok to block Rm 170 as this room will not be used and door will be closed.
