Following the success of our Spring Fling 2024, we're thrilled to welcome you to the 3rd Annual GOODBYE SUMMER: Arts & Music Festival at Bella Abzug Park in Hudson Yards! What began as a tradition two years ago continues to flourish! Join us for the last weekend of summer to celebrate art, culture, and music. GOODBYE SUMMER Arts & Music Festival 2024 will span two areas within the park, featuring: Two Music Stages: Enjoy diverse performances on both a smaller, intimate stage and a larger stage for bigger bands and special activities. Live Art: Immerse yourself in the creative process with live art demonstrations and interactive exhibits. Art, Maker, and Small Business Market: Discover unique treasures and support local talent at our vibrant market in Block 1. Food Vendors: Savor delicious treats and refreshing beverages from a variety of food vendors. And Much More! Stay tuned for additional announcements about exciting surprises and activities.

About the application

VOLUNTEER TASK: Set-Up Crew: Coordinate artist check-ins, manage table and tent set-up. Event Support: Assist with various event needs, offering directions, and troubleshooting. Information Hub: Staff the informational booth, providing event details and answering questions. Stage Crew: Assist with stage logistics and artist support. Vendor Liaison: Connect with vendors, ensuring smooth setup and addressing concerns.

Terms & Conditions

Volunteer Terms and Conditions By volunteering with Colored Colors, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Donation of Services You acknowledge that you are freely volunteering your services to Colored Colors and that you will receive no form of compensation for your work. You waive any right to present or future payment in exchange for your volunteer services. 2. Training and Compliance You agree to complete any training deemed necessary by Colored Colors for your volunteer role. You agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies established by Colored Colors. 3. Volunteer Status You acknowledge that you are a volunteer and not an employee of Colored Colors. You are not entitled to any benefits typically associated with employment. 4. Liability You acknowledge that you are liable for any damages you cause to third parties while acting outside the scope of your assigned volunteer duties. You may be held personally liable for damages caused to third parties during your volunteer work if it is determined that such damages were the result of your negligence. 5. Confidentiality You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information you may be exposed to as a volunteer for Colored Colors. This includes, but is not limited to, donor information, beneficiary information, and internal organizational matters. You will not disclose confidential information without express written authorization from Colored Colors. 6. Intellectual Property You agree that any work product created during your volunteer service becomes the exclusive property of Colored Colors. This includes, but is not limited to, written materials, designs, inventions, or other forms of intellectual property. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
