About the event
Come Out With Pride, Inc. is the 501c3 non-profit, who is the host of Orlando's annual LGBTQIA+ Pride celebration. Every October, we gather around National Coming Out Day, knowing for many, Pride may be the one day of the year people can live their true authentic selves. With over 220,000 guests in 2023, we are one of the biggest Pride celebrations in the Southeast and the largest single-day event in Central Florida. In addition, Come Out With Pride is a year round non-profit organization, creating accepting and inclusive spaces for members of our LGBTQIA+ community. We aim to change hearts and minds — and make it possible for everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community including our allies to live authentically.
About the application
Tasks can be labor-intensive requiring the ability to lift at least 25 lbs. Duties include setting up/breaking down tables and chairs; placing signs, banners and vendor numbers around the festival as well as inventory signs.
